Guys,

I think its time we should start collecting universities list which were in NARIC database.

I applied for NARIC evaluation and got result as postive. and i am posting the same here with assesment result also. Hope everybody who got their universities assessed will contribute to this thread so that ppl can avoid going for NARIC evaluation further.

Please follow this template while posting the same.

Awarding Institution : Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University
Title of Award : Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering.
Country : India
Assesment : Is considered comparable to British Bachelor (Honours) degree standard.

They DO NOT PROVIDE comparison for the English language level at the University with IELTS Band 6 directly to the APPLICANT. But HO CAN REFUSE, AT THEIR WILL, for not meeting English Language requirement Mad

I got 30 points under old HSMP rules for my MCA degree which i did from Madurai Kamaraj University under distance mode.

friends,

i did B.COM FROM OSMANIA & MBA FROM ANDHRA UNIVERSITY, ANDHRA PRADESH.

NARIC evaluation said..

B.COM is comparable to British bachelors degree standard
MBA is comparable to British Masters degree standard.

I submitted medium of instruction certificate from Osamania university.

and i got my HSMP approved

Does this mean that Certificate of Higher Education is lower than UK Bachelors Degree? If yes, then how can that be, considering the course I completed is a 4-year degree!!!?????

Assesment : Didn't get assessment result perhaps because of the mail lost but got acceptance for HSMP and qualified for bachelors degree point.

For you CH,
I am afraid that your Masters will be evaluated to the Bachelors level. But I am only commenting based upon my observations on similar cases where ppl got Masters equivalance after 16 + 2 years of Education. Other experts please comment.
