7.11 on SET(O) form and other questions

Can someone pls confirm this:

7.11- pls provide details of any periods of absence of more than 6 months during the time you lived in uk..

Q: IS THIS ABSENCE OF 6 MONTHS IN LAST 5 YEARS IN TOTAL OR

SINGLE ABSENCE OF MORE THAN 6 MONTHS

OR ABSENCE OF MORE THAN 6 MONTHS IN EVERY YEAR.

6.2:
Would it be okay to just use a separate excel spreadsheet (absence template) or one has to list all absences on form itself and then use a separate sheet?

6.1:
When did u first enter the UK?
I presume this is date of first physical entry..although my application is based on 28 days before 5th anniversary of EC date...is that not inconsistent?

Any help, pls...esp on 7.11...would be appreciated. Thanks.

PS: I am still confused about VISA debit card (whether or not they accept at Croydon PEO) as the form does not state it as accepted...so any first hand experience welcome.

I can tell you about visa debit card.

Last time when I went to Croydon PEO for thier 1 extention 2 yrs back, I paid fee through my Visa Debit Card.
