PASSPORT RE-ISSUE/RENEWAL AT HIGH COMMISSION LONDON

I have applied for my Passport Re-Issue (Passport expiring on 14 Nov. 2013) on 18 Oct. 2013 at High Commission London and on the Receipt it was stated : Check after Five Weeks".

All my documents are clean and I have a Tier-2 General Valid Visa until 2016.

When my Passport would be ready and how do I know it?

Further I was told that the Passports will be sent to India for printing. I have seen the members' recent posts in Oct. 2013 that they received passports after renewal in 7 days. I have booked my tickets to travel to India in the first week Dec. 2013 for my marriage. Please help. What is the earliest that I can visit High Commission as I am unable to connect to them over phone for any further inquiry. Please help me and suggest a way Please... Thanks for all the help. Regards
