Applied on 22/10 via NCS.
Received by HO on 24/10.
Emailed NHD on 27/11 and got a reply on 28/11.....
We have been advised that any outstanding applications and payments to be processed will be completed in the next two weeks.

Unfortunately there has been a large increase in applications which has caused a bit of a delay.
