Hi
my cousin is living in the UK for last 10 years.
He came as student and spent 7 years as Student.He got married in 2010 with a Polish girl and has a daughter on 2 years old.
He has spend 3 years as EEA dependant .
so 7 years as student + 3 years as EEA spouse= 10 years
can he apply for ILR for the long residency basis????

he was working since been granted EEA spouse status
