Home Office re-schedule my PEO appointment

A few weeks ago, HO called me to notify that my PEO appointment on 5th April 2014 has to be re-scheduled to 12th April 2014.
I was told my fee will remain the same as of before 6th April therefore I dont need to pay extra.

However, when I ask her whether I need to use the new form or follow the new rule after 6th April, she said she will double check and call me back but she never did. Now the number was unknown so I dont know how to call HO back.

Anyone has the same situation? Please advice if I have to follow the new rule after 6th April. Thanks in advance.
