There is a bit confusion in the applicaiton form in
Q28. Please insert the relevant country code from the guidance notes:
Please let me know what to insert here if i am from india (Should i write Country Code = D or INDIA)

and
Q31. Please insert the relevant income band from the guidance notes:
In this question Shoud i write band as GBP 6000 + or some other ways?

and
Q30. Amount you earned:
And here should i write earnings in GBP or in INR...

Please clarify the above points as soon as possible..
