Re. Past Earnings ..PLEASE HELP URGENTLY.

Dear Friends…

I am planning to submit HSMP application within few days….

Under the previous earnings category… I am submitting below mentioned documents.
1. 12 months pay slips (Online pay slips but printed on the company letter head along with company seal and stamp and signed by HR-Manager.)
2. Original Form 16 issued by the employer for the same period.
3. Original Bank statements where the salary cheque is credited.
4. Letter from the company stating my complete salary details (month wise) for the period claimed with stamp and signed by HR manager.

I do not have yet filed my income tax return …will it work without it…

Do I have to mention any thing under exceptional consideration because I do not have the ITR with me? But I am having original form 16 along with company seal and signature.

Please guide me what to do…

Hi Vishal ... It shud wirk there is no reason why it wont....

but on a safer side we all know they can reject application on anything ...
specially in earning categiry.

My advice wud be to file for ITR and get the document in 2-3 days time. if you have Form16 and other documents it wont take much time to get the ITR ...

Hi ,

I say its mandatory, i was rejected for not having SARAL(ITR), second time i have applied with ITR and was approved, Suggest you to apply with SARAL,

Did u apply after filing the income returns for the financial year 2006-07? Did u submit the ITR form or Acknowledgement Form? I'm bugging the ppl with almost same ques repeatedly since I get confused (scared :) ) on seeing most of the ppl use the term SARAL or ITR. I have only the Acknowledgement Form!

yes i have filled the ITR and took SARAL, this was in the month of march
