GENUINE CASE - Complany Closure????

Hi All,

I am in a very difficult situation..... I have applied on 18th JUN got reference number on 20th JUN and now waiting for the decesion on my application.

1. First Situation is that my current comapny is closing down their operations and so if there will be any verification it wont be successful. But I have genuinly earned my salary for what i have claimed my poins against
Can i provide company closure document or something that will prove that its a geneuine case and is not a froud.

2. Second situaiton is even more tricky for me ..... I am 9 month pregnnt and due date is around end of july. I am on maternity leaves since 1 month and so IF I GET AN APROVAL I can't go for EC before august end. and by then my current comany will be totally closed and I wont be able to show last 2-3 months salary ???
What are the options for me to get EC cleared ???

Please if someone can advice me on waht to do. I know its a really very odd situation but I really dont know what can be doen in this case ....

I wont mind if there are no replies to this ... bcoz i know its not easy t oadvice on the same ......
