When or is Scotland getting independent from UK?

Does anyone have an idea if and when Scotland is getting separated from UK?
Right now I believe Tier 1 General or visitor visa holders for Uk can visit Scotland on the same visa .
But is it like once Scotland gets separated from Uk, we will need separate visa for going there?

I am planning to visit Scotland in Aug bank holiday (23rd-25th Aug 2014) with my husband(Tier 1 General) and brother(whom I am planning to call on visitor visa to Uk).
I believe that time there will be no visa restrictions to go to Scotland as elections are supposed to be on 18th Sep 2014 this year.

Please advise.

You are getting a bit ahead of yourself and the issue.

Scotland is only holding a referendum on whether to remain or leave the UK in September. Depending on the results, if yes to leave, nothing will be finalised anytime soon, there is too much involved in a process like this.
