Someone other than visitor filling visitor application,sign

Hi,

Question 1:If someone other than visitor fills the application form on his behalf,does that person in uk need to create his own login account and use option 'Apply for someone else'.

Or

The login account has to be necessarily of the visitor.Then someone else in uk will use visitor's login account and fill application using which option 'apply for self' or 'apply for someone else'?

Does only sponsor(my husband) in uk can fill on behalf of visitor(my brother) or anyone in uk can fill?

Question 2:And when one uses 'apply for self' ,does sign option comes before submitting form or one can take print and sign?
