Family visitor switching to PBS Dependant

Hi,
Does one have to wait for the visitors visa to expire before making a new application for tier 2 dependent from India. Is there any cooling off period that is required.

No there is no cooling off period. You can apply at any time for Tier 2 dep when you have your paperwork ready etc.
