EC Timelines

Can you suggest how long will it take for EC clearance.

What form of Integra checks will be.

16 to 20 working days, but you might get it much earlier.

Some of the members in this forum have got their EC done in 6 working days and some have got it in 18 working days.

Today they have done the verification from Intergra.
My HR updated me of their verification...

All documents submitted to HSMP
Payslip till last month
Educational Certificates
Integra form
IT return for this year.
previous Company offer letter
Accommodation letter
Bank statement for last 12 months
letter from recuriment agency of the schedule of interview once i am in uk
marriage certificate, photos and invitation letter
a covering letter
photo 2 x 2
10, 12 and degree marksheet
copy of passport

Will VFS not send the papers to Integra directly? Or do we have to send a seperate application. In my case VFS agent told me that he will be sending a seperate set to Integra Mumbai. For that he took foll docs:
1. Principal Applicant form (VAF-1)
2. Full copy of passport (All 36 pages) only of principal applicant
3. All educational certificates - Photocopies
4. Last 3 months payslips

I had applied on 12th Sep and have not received any response yet. Can it be because I had not applied or filled any form on Integra seperately?

Integra form will be filled and submitted to the VFS guy itself. Only necessary documents needs to be given to them.
No seperate fees for it. 17000 includes everything.

I submitted in chennai, but integra from Mumbai verified the document and will be sending the report to BHC on wednesday.

Very tensed.........

Raji... How did you verify that Integra has completed its verification and will be sending its report to BHC? Can we call up Integra and enquire from them. Also can you share your timelines please.

Applied on 25th Chennai VFS
status on SMS forwarded to BHC 26th
HR call from Integra 28th
Today again Integra called to authenticate mail 1st
They told HR that they will forward to BHC..

Waiting for updation as BHC will open on 3rd....
vry tensed...

wow ..... great , your application got cleared within 9 calendar days.
I have applied for EC on the same day through VFS bangalore.
But SMS status still says "Application forwarded to BHC" :(

This is pradeep from bangalore I'm also planning to apply for EC. Please van you give me ur contact number. Keep positive hope ur VISA will be processed fast. AS they are sying now a days it is taking 15-18 days for processing Visa.

its down since last thursday I guess..But , i was nevr able to check the status through that site. They say invalid passport number.Were u able to??
