Pls help, application for FLM(M)

hi , I have book PEO appointment on craydon office on 12th October , 2015. I got two questions :

1. my fiancé requirements is 18600 pounds or 24800?
I got three children , the youngest one already got British passport , but the other two children apply for MN1 on 19th May 2015 and still waiting for decision. at the begging , I thought I only apply for my wife , so I just need 18600, but recently I been told someone that due to my two children have not got the decision yet , so I need 24800. which one is correct?

2. for savery reason, I prepare 24800 financial requirement.
I got a job which already 7 months which the salary is 19000 per year. at the begging , I thought it is full enough to cover my wife's FLM(M) application which financial requirement is 18600. however , I need to prepare 24800 now. so I need to put my wife's wage in. but she just got a job 5 months (till October) which is 10000 pounds a year, 833.33 (according to payslip) a month. And I got cash saving from 27th March 2015 which is 22000 pounds . under this situation , can my financial requirement can reach to the 24800 pounds ?
According my own understanding , I calculate the financial requirement as follow:
19000+833.33*5+(22000-16000)/2.5=25566.65
can anyone pls help me to check this calculation , is correct or not?
