Need help plz. English ielts.

Hi.
I'm about to apply for my wife spouse visa.
My wife passed IELTS General test a year ago with British council. Getting overal 4.5. Speaking 4.5 and listening 4.5

My question as the rules have changed after 5th November is can she still use her ielts result to apply for U.K. Spouse visa???

Or she have to give another exam to pass IELTS A1 again???
