Quite keen to know the outcome as well, along with timelines. Has there ever been a case where they did actually reconsider and do they even acknowledge the request?

In our situation, we applied for FLRM and my wife was put on the 10 year route instead of 5 without any explanation. We applied in May and exactly 4 months later got a letter saying that they have lost all the uploaded documents due to an error. They asked us to send a shorter list of documents via post which we sent fairly quickly. Got an approval letter the same week for the 10 year route. Used a solicitor to send a reconsideration request end of last week.

Are we allowed to travel? Or is that considered a withdrawal of our request?
