• Letter from Rental Agency confirming cohabitation and rent payment up to date (Joint names)

• Marriage Certificate (Joint names)

• Voter's Poll Cards – Addressed to Husband

• Voter's Poll Cards – Addressed to Wife (Applicant)

• Tax Code Notice – Addressed to Wife (Applicant)

Evidence of 5 Year Legal Residency in the UK

• Scanned Pages of 1st Previous Passport (All pages)

• Scanned Pages of 2nd Previous Passport (All pages)

• Scanned Pages of Current Passport (All pages)

The question on the application for says:

Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
They've answered Yes here. Have they answered this question correctly?

Also,

Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
They've answered No here. Have they answered this question correctly?

These are the only questions regarding absences on the form SET(0). So where would they need to declare the absence between the Entry Clearance issue date 23/10/2015 and UK entry date 7/11/2015?

PBS dependents have no absence limits for any leave granted before 11th Jan 2018. No requirement to mention either.

You are only required to enter absences after 23/12/2019 in this case (if any). If any, the answer to question (2) will be Yes, otherwise No is correct.

Thanks. My apologies for late reply. Biometrics was in done person and in the UK.
