Hi, a friend's (who is British) wife is applying for ILR based on 5 years of spouse visa/FLR(M). I would be grateful for another pair of eyes to check if the following are sufficient for upload, especially the correspondence history.

First entry - Jan 2016
FLR(M) issued -June 2018, Expiry - Mar 2021
Application submitted online/paid - Dec 2020
UKVCAS appt - Feb 2021

1. SET(M) form, document checklist, covering letter, BRP and all pages of passport
2. Husband's UK passport, marriage certificate, family declaration
3. Foreign degree certificate, UKNARIC ELA and SoC (issued in 2015 for the original spouse visa and also used in 2018 for FLR(M))
4. Husband's employment letter, online payslips for 6 months with accompanying employer's letter to say that any online payslips provided are authentic, 6 months' online bank statements stamped by bank
5. Land registry title under husband's name, mortgage statement Jan 2021, husband's passport, letter from husband to give permission to wife to live in the house
6. Co-habitation evidence over last 2.5 years:
  • 06/18 joint utility1 bill
    12/18 wife's bank stmt, husband's bank stmt
    05/19 wife's tax letter, husband's bank stmt
    09/19 wife's bank stmt, husband's utility2 bill
    01/20 joint utility1 bill
    06/20 wife's bank stmt, husband's council bill
    12/20 joint utility1 bill
