Temporary admission and long residency

I know that temporary residency followed by grant of visa will count as lawful residence. The problem is that for my 1st temporary admission letter asked me to report I was not able to report because I didn’t received the letter but subsequently I keeps on reporting and I granted a visa. Now I am applying for 10th at long residency. Will the not reporting in one occasion will lead to the refuse? Thank you in advance.

Did they revoke your temporary permission when you didn’t report on one occasion? make a SAR to find out. If they didn’t revoke it, then I think you should be okay.

I have SAR, they marked as absconder. Is it same as revoked? Thanks

Unfortunately, they took the view that you failed to comply with UK immigration law, for example by failing to report or absconding. This broke the lawful continuous residence required under Long residence. However, if you didn’t receive their initial letter asking you to report, then you may be able to challenge this.
