What is the application fees to apply for a childs registration using form MN1. Are there any other possible routes to get my child a British passport besides using this form or method.

Fee for application MN1 is now £460. Here's a link to the new fees table if you want to take a look.

I am assuming that you are not British by birth, but have just applied or are about to apply for naturalisation. For your child MN1 is the easiest and most straightforward route.
