Urgent Help of Experts Needed

Post by waheed » Wed Jan 27, 2010 5:51 pm

Hi All Forum Members

I submitted my passport along with call in letter in the Gerrys Office.

I received call from Embassy that my HSMP approval letter is expired , so they asked me to request reissuance of approval letter from Home Office and sent them the same.

All the documents including Original HSMP approval letter, Determination Letter , Call in letter reached the HO through DHL around December 20,2009.

I called them on Dec 23, 2009 and they said that it will be issued around Jan 15, 2010.

I called them again on Jan 17 and the officer there said that your HSMP letter is not reissued and must be in que and he had no idea and asked me to wait for 2 weeks more.

During this period I have faxed them all my documents twice.

I am unable to send then the email as it bounces back
wpcustomers@ukba.gsi.gov.uk
wpcustomers@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

1)Can some one tell me what to do?
2)At which email address to contact them?
3)How much time will be needed for the re-issuance of the HSMP approval letter?
4)How much time embassy is taking for processing appeal cases?

Hope experts here will help me.

Regards

Waheed
