Post by SSUK » Sun May 02, 2010 12:11 am

Firstly i would like to thanks all moderators & others for wonderful information, which is life changing for me & others...
Big Thanks you to all...

I recently got my Tier-1 General visa from India, came to the UK.
My Dependant is already in the UK on Tier 1 PSW, which is getting expire on 1st June 2010...i have following questions:-
<1> Would my dependant would be allowed to switch from current PSW to Tier 1 General Dependant within the UK ?
<2> Do i have to show £1600 for maintenance fund from my Indian bank account or my husband can show £1600 from his UK Bank Account?
<3> Is Premium service avilable for Tier-1 Depenndant if applying in the Uk or India ?

Many Thanks...[/list]

1. No.
2. The 1600 pounds for dependent can be shown in any account (Indian or UK or both) held by your husband or you or jointly by both of you. But the amount to be shown for main migrant must be held in the main migrant's account only.
3. No premium service available in India.
