There are two stages for submitting documents. In each stage you must submit only what is requested.smshoaibs wrote:Hi, I am a Pakistani National, registered for IELTS exam on 5th June 2010. I want to know can I apply for Canada immigration now and submit result once it is available?
According to this link.. seems like that I have to wait for my IELTS result before I can apply for canada.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department ... -03-10.asp
Can anyone confirm please?
You can send an email to CHC, but usually they dont reply, but worth a try. Its better to send the results, but you have an issue of the list possibly changing. If that wasn't the case, I would recommend that you wait for the results.smshoaibs wrote:Thanks Raymasa2,
In the checklist " IMM5612E " it is not mentioned that I should submit my IELTS result, but in " imm0008_3e-Economic Class " point number 6, They ask you to provide a copy of approved test result.
What should I do?
Thats is a big enough difference that may risk your application without including the IELTS results.smshoaibs wrote:56 without language points. but I am sure I will score 12 points in IELTS test i.e
7 band in 2 sections = 8 points
6 band in 2 sections = 4 points

Yes you can reapply the next day of you like. But I am not sure if you can have two similar application. You can have two different applications (e.g. FSW and student) but I dont know if you can have two FSW applications at the same time.smshoaibs wrote:Thanks Ray,
I really appreciate your response and it gives me the direction..Money is not a big problem I can manage a loss of few hundred dollars.
Just in case if they refuse my case (because of not submitting IELTS score) Can I re apply next day? provided that the Occupation list is not changed and I have my IELTS result.
Can I apply twice? Once without IELTS and then just after getting IELTS result without waiting for decision on first case? WIll CIC entertains request to cancel first application and consider the second one?
