I am currently on Tier 1 dependent visa in a non tarining post
Just been offered a GP training post
Can I apply for removal of restriction within uk or do I have to go back to home country and apply for tier 2?

You cannot request for "removal of restrictions", unless you can prove that the restrictions were imposed unlawfully.

You need to go back to your home country and apply for tier-2.
