Urgent -Minimal documents check list (Appointment next week)

Hi Experts and Advisors,
First of all sincere thanks for the wonderful work you have been doing.

I have a UK Tier 1 appointment next week in London PEO and after going through the UKBA website I plan to present following documents and seek advice about what else should I include-

Age
Passport

Qualification
1) B. Tech Original Degree Certificate (it is on PB Calculator)
2) No NARIC Certificate
3) Original consolidated marksheet of all semesters.

Earnings
1 Company Pay slips (last two months are printouts but I got them attested)
2 Bank Statement

(No letter from employer)

UK Experience
1) Salary Slips
2) Again no reference letter from company (I don't want them to know)

English Language
1) Letter from director of my college
2) Point based calculator picked up my degree for english
3) Again no NARIC Certificate)

Maintenance
1) Bank Statements for 3 months
2) If possible then letter stating 'minimum funds available' from bank

Covering Letter

2 Photographs

FIlled up Application form and copy of Point based Calculator assessment

Now I have two doubts-

1) As I am not getting letter from employer and last two months payslips are printouts (although attested), I am not making it obvious that I am still employed. -----Could it be a potential problem?

2) I am sure that I am fine as far as Guidance notes and UKBA website are concerned, but in reality do they stick to them word by word or it would be wiser of me to produce additional documents like NARIC Certificate (I would need to take premium fast track service if I go this route)

Any suggestions are welcome.

Many Thanks!
Ashwin
