Has any body applied dependent visa using work from home option letter from the employer.

My spouse is not getting long leave letter from his employer.In that case can he
use the work from home option letter obtained for 1 year period from his employer as a supporting document.

Please suggest.Let me know if any one has done similarly.

Permission to work from home is not a permission to not work (i.e. - be on leave, off-work).
