OKAY need some info

1- FIRST mods i would like to apolgise if im posting in the wrong section,
2- i tried replying to my orignal thread but it was locked,

now on to wht the situation is

1-Me been married for 3 yrs now, I am a uk citizen, was born in the uk been living here ever since i was born,

2- I got married in 2009 my wife is in pakistan, i want to call over here

3- im currently looking for work, i am on jOB SEEKERS ALLOWANCE, only been month on tht,

4- will get off it as soon i look for work,

5 now to the question i was wondering when i do find work and do apply to call my wife to the uk and show em my evidence incl wage slips tht i hope it dont effect i be using public funds before i started work,

6- seeing as i have stopped soon as i got a job earning without funds

7- will any issues occour?

There is no problem with the fact you are currently on JSA, i am also. As long as the minimum of 3 payslips and possibly additional evidence from employer, and meet the income requirement there should not be a problem.

1- currently recieving job seekers allowance, till i find work, i will stop it straight away and , when i do work i would want to call my wife from pakistan, can someoone tell me it wont effect my application knowing , when i do provide evidence i can support her , from the date ill be workin etc on payslips?

as the subject says what happens if i applied for my wife spouse visa also provided 9 months bank statements and slips but recently been told my job have to leave due to made redundant etc will this affect my application spouse visa?

application has been process two weeks ago bhc wife has told me ,, or will they only focus on information i have have gave them before change of circumstances
