Biometric invitation letter delayed?

With regards to a leave to remain application (by post) requiring biometric enrolment:
1. You should receive your biometric enrolment letter within 6 weeks of the date of application.
2. You can expect your leave to remain application to be decided within 14 weeks of submitting the biometrics.

This is assuming that a "valid" application has been made.

If you have applied under PBS, browse the relevant sticky topics (timelines) in the relevant PBS forum to get an idea of when others, who have applied under the same PBS category as you, have received such letters in their cases ....
