Hey can u please share ur document list and letters template. |
List of document :
passport,BRP, police certificate, photo, UK degree, bank statement for maintenance , balance confirmation from barclays ( You need try lots of branch to get the required letter otherwise they just telling you we got template in our system and we cant change it !!! (chatting shit as they can )) on letter you must show the following : name , address, account number, date , AVAILABLE money , and YOU HAVE INSTANT access to money whenever you want and you can spend it ask the bank to address the letter To UKBA tier 1 and put reference number on the letter and save the letter on your profile this will speed up the process if UKBA want to check the letter .
THATS IT
if your case is straight froward ,they will process your application within 4 weeks, mine was lost between Tier1 PSW application thats why it took month to take payment , I made formal complaint and they found it .
 |
I think instead of a letter if we show UK bank account statement holding 50k in it, that should be sufficient...It would be good if others will also provide their opinion.... |
yes that would be ok , however you need provide bank statement to claiming your maintenance fee was in your account for 90 days _________________ thank you |

As u said u have maintained all 50k money in ur account and u had submitted the bank statement and letter.
I just want to ask u that how many days before u have deposited the money in your account.
Please advice. |
First of all , I had £ 200K in my account , and the balance letter you need to provide for claiming point, it just showing the same day balance and should be enough, you dont need to held the money in your account for long time , |
siavashes,
After submitting your application did you keep your 200k in your account until you got the visa result or you had withdrawn it from your bank account?
If you had withdrawn it then how long after submitting your application you withdrew it?
I am asking all this because if my application gets delayed then I might not be able to keep my funds held there in a bank account and in case if I withdraw it after submitting the application, I am also worried that UKBA might will do a balance check with the bank and this can cause problem. Please give your experience and detailed suggestion in this case which will be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance. |

hi
basically I did not keep the money in my account for a long time , as soon as you got your letter from bank you can withdraw money , there is no time scale mentioned which you need to keep the money in your account for some period of time , you just need to show you have this money available , the other thing which most of people dont knows about it is , ABSOLUTELY NO ONE except yourself can check your account balance(including UKBA,Police, house of Lord...) , this is against the law, and FSA regulation , so be relax and dont worry about if they want to check your account , because they CAN NOT . you can ask your bank manager to make sure of this . now if they want to check the documents you submitted to support your application, they may do verification check on them which they will check if the letters are bad quality or not ? is the bank rally issued them ? they will ask bank to confirm if they issued that letter or not .... but there is no way which they can check how much money you have in your account, plus more they did not mentioned anywhere about to holding money in your account . so dont worry at all .
HOWEVER you should have access to your money , and if they become conclusion you just kept money for one day to get letter (eg you may borrowed from your friends) they may ask you further documentation which will be same as letter you submitted but up to date one, and you have 7 working days to send them requested documentation , thats only way they can check you still have money or not which is vey rare .
about processing time of your application , these days is the best time to send your application , I just checked they are considering application who did biometric on 28th May 2012 , which mean they are so quick . when I submitted mine, it was in conflict with closure of PSW applications, so It took month and half to get everything how ever my friend was submitted his application on 7th may and he received everything back on 30th may .
Good luck and let me know if you have more question |

Hi,
I am going to apply for this visa soon using 50K PSW route. I will be very thankful if you could advise on my query.
Actual, Someone is going to put 50K in my bank account, who has account in the same bank.
I will get a letter from the bank to show that I have access to 50K in my account and i dont want to show that I got it from a third party.
Now the only thing I am worrying about is how to show "the date of entry of money in UK" in the letter (as given in their template) as I am getting money from someone so the money has been in uk always , just being transferred to my account.
Thanks very much for your help in advance. |

You need accountant for formation of company, for business plans etc
Question is how did you prove the business activity in graduate occupation(NQF level 4 or above) and advertisement requirement for initial entrepreneur application of PSW holders ? What documents you provided? |

I think yur friend applied for the 200K visa. That is why he got it baq quickly I applied for the 50K visa. it is a straight forward application. Even the money is in my uk bank account for more than 6 months now. I don't. Think there is any problem with the application? I think they make verification on applications whose money is outside uk.
If you have any info please share it here. Thanx |

|
|
Hello everybody,
I applied for Entrepreneur visa on £50,000 investment from within the UK, with my 3 dependents (husband and two children) switching from PSW visa.
My visa processing time is as follows:
Application made: 6th June 2012
Application received by home office: 7th June 2012
Fee taken from my credit card: 8th June 2012
Letter to register Biometric details send on 11th June 2012.
Letter received: 13th June 2012
There was a problem with one of the letters of my dependents, so I called them on 14th June 2012 on 08706067766 and also emailed them at appointmentexceptions @ homeoffice. gsi. gov. uk
New letter sent 20th June 2012. Biometric details sent the same day.
Home office contacted me about a problem with my evidence on maintenance funds on 27th June 2012, which I clarified. I was advised to send further evidence within 7 working days.
Evidence sent 28th June 2012.
Evidence received at home office: 29th June 2012 (Tracked on Royal Mail website)
Inquired to get acknowledgement of receipt of evidence at Home Office just to check the status of my application on 3rd July. I was told the evidence was received by the visa officer on that day and that he would check it in due course.
Visa approved 4th July 2012.
Approval letter and all my documents received today 9th July.
Biometric Residence Permits also received today just 1 hour after receipt of Approval Letter.
Overall time: approx 1 month.
Alhamdulillah I am soooo happy guys. I hope all your visas get approved as soon as possible so that you can be happy too.
I just want you to know if you are applying the same visa as me, and if you have any questions on exactly what documents to send, if you want to ask anything about Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa switched from PSW visa with dependents, I am very happy to help and share all my knowledge, because I want as many people as possible to succeed because I know what a big dream this is for all of us.
Take care. _________________ Man desires and God desires. You'll only get what God desires. Put your desires in God's hands & you might get what you desire. Fight God's desires & He will tire you in search of your desires. Even then in the end you'll only get what He desires.
