Hi Zimba,
I have question on the same topic for 10 years route to ILR Eligibility. Cloud you please help me with the below.
1. I came to UK on 13 Dec 2015 in short term ICT Visa, it was for one year period. As my short term visa expired in Nov 2016, I went back to India on 11 Nov 2016.
2. I processed my long term ICT Visa from India, and return back you UK on 19th March 2017, which is 129 days absence from my previous departure from UK on 11th Nov 2016.
3. On 31st Jan 2020, I moved from ICT Visa to Spouse dependant ( Tier 2 Dependant).
4. and now I am in Skilled visa (primary) from Nov 2022, it is valid till August 2025. I will be extending this before Aug 2025 for one year if I am eligible for ILR by Dec 2025 or I will go with 2 years extension.
5. I had travelled outside UK for 108 days (it is not continues) from 19th March 2017 to till date. So totally from 13 Dec 2015 to till date the absent days are 256
Considering my first visit to UK in Dec 2015, am I eligible for the ILR by Dec 2025 in the 10 years long route?
Thanks and regards,
Saravanan
