I-140 sucess what happens now ?

My I-140 petition for Aline Immigrant Worker was recently approved by USCIS. I have had form I-797 sent to me which says that my file is with the National Visa Centre and I have to wait up to 90 days until they contact me.

What happens next when the NVC contact you ? Anyone know ? All advice would be appreciated.
