I am new to this forum, I am Tunisian, I am married with an English woman from Sheffield since March 2018 here in Tunisia, after marriage we try to apply for a spouse visa, but
our lawyer advised us to wait and be patient because my wife did not earn enough money (18600 pounds / year), my wife found a new job now, she earns 1400 pounds + 200 pounds extra shifts every month, totally she earns 1600 pounds every month now 
, my question is :- we can apply for a spouse visa after 6 months ?
if yes,
- you can give me the complete list of the necessary papers and the additional papers to reinforce our chance to have this visa . (my wife works hard and we want to apply as soon as possible
