My 200k extension has been approved
22 March 2017 applied as a team
25 April Bio metric received(enrolled 3 May )
5 May My team member received complex letter not me
Mid of June 1st contact MP (got reply from MP that case is complex thats why it will take more time.
end of June Team member switched into spouse category(Still pending)
21 September 2nd contact MP (got reply from Mp that they will update us within 20 days.
5 October Made complain on email and notified them that if you don't take any decision in couple of weeks i will go for JR.
11 October Received letter from HO regarding this complain.They considered my email as Pre Action Protocol and they written in letter that we notify case working team and they will make a decision on your application as early as possible.
16 Oct Status updated as Decided
18 Oct IHS refund
30 Oct Dependant Card received
Still waiting for my Card and Documents.
I prepared my documents according to the policy guidance and cover each and every point mention in policy.
No solicitor
But My Accountant has lot of knowledge about this Tier 1 Route.He made my job easy
