28days grace period

Hello everyone,
I came to uk September 2006.my last valid leave expired at 05/03/2015 the. I submit a flro and got refused with no in country appeal right then Sumit FLR fp within 28 days .I got my bio metric done 02/04/2016.as you have noticed the I need 5 months more to catch the 10 yrs route my concern are ase follows:
What happen if get refused (which is most likely to happen) with no right to appeal?
Would I be able to submit a fresh application again? Would that taken in to account for 10 years lawful resident?
I I don't know how many times I can use this 28 days grace period,is it just once?or I can take the 28 days grace period advantage again?
Any other idea how I can cover this 5 months? Please note I varied my application 3 times already.
