2nd job in the same sector and level as main job

The Tier 2 General Visa rules states that I can do a second job in the same sector and at the same level as my main job for up to 20 hours per week. https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general/overview

I don't need to apply for a new Tier 2 general visa for this 2nd job.

Please can I combine my gross salary from the main job on my Certificate of Sponsorship and this second job in order to meet the 'experienced rate' if I want to extend my visa?
