3rd time biometric

Well here is the story

I applied for Tier 1 General on 4th of April

Did my biometrics on 4th May , received letter that it was not successful so have to go again on 15th of June, this time i ask the lady please make sure everything is fine and accepted , she did that and said everything is fine and your data is gone through.

Now here is the strange part
Yesterday i recieved the same letter stating my last biometrics were not successful and i have 15 days to make another appointment for biometrics


At the end of the letter there is a small sentence .


I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


Now what does that mean ,
Any Ideas / suggestions will be very helpful

This is strange. How can a biometric be not successful, unless they do some background check and find some record in police database. They should tell upfront whether the biometric is successful or not.

This is not good and due to this your passport would be with them for long time. Hope this time they would make it correctly.

i have no idea what's going on , there is nothing in police database as 2 months ago i went through CRB check for my job.

Any one have ever seen any thing like this ???
