50K entrepreneurial team funds, acceptable this way?

One of my friend has got his PSW leave to expire soon and he wants to apply for tier1 entrepreneur along with his friend, who is in UK as well.
Now one of them is having 25K in his personal account here whilst the other needs the third party sponsor from back home for his part of 25K.
My question is that is that okay for both them to demonstrate this way that one partner has 25K in UK and the other is relying on third party from back home?

Yes, but you will need to follow the guidance for the correct paperwork to support this method. It is not necessary for both team members to provide exactly 25k each. By requirement the funds must be available to both so it does not matter who and in what amount as long as the total is the correct figure.
