About to apply for PR will childs health affect us

Hi,
my husband,myself and our 2 children came to Canada in June 06.My husband is a truck driver and we came here on the provincial nominee programme (sk).My question is our 8 year old son has ADHD and is awaiting an appointment for an assesment of Autism.Will his condition/s affect us being able to get PR.
