About: Current Employer's Reference

What could be a substitute for the reference from the C
URRENT employer. Obviously one cannot go to their current boss and ask this. Agree ?.

So is it advisable to substitute with say - Employment Contract.

unfortunately employment contract doenst say about your work and job responsibilities, which are mandatory. considering past experiences, caseworker considers only the employment reference letter.
you can ask your current employer,stating you need that for your higher stuides etc...
