About fiancee visa application

Background info 1:
My visa type is C-visit-business. I am on my business trip for works at the moment in Britain. Now I will finish my business visit at Britain to leaving at the end of the month. My fiance is a British citizen and We knew each other almost two years. We met twice in both China and Brtian already.and that We stay together and travel together total 3months during twice met.
I am an author working for both Magazine and web media and publish firm, so I can get pay monthly yet even if I am live in UK. We both have stable and good income in both China and Britain. we both income total £1000/wk and we have no any mortgage lending except flat rent £130/wk. We have no kids too.

has broken down irretrievably and decreed that the said marriage be dissolved unless sufficient cause be shown to the Court within six weeks from the making of this decree why such decree why such decree should not be made absolute.

this is not the final decree. Application for the final decree(decree absolute) must be made to the court. (For guidance see leaflet D87" I have a decree nisi-what must I do next")

I wandering about

1. May I application fiancee visa depend above Background info2? what proof files i need provide about his marriage situation or case?

2.if I can get allow to application fiancee visa then how to provide ducoment of marriage n wedding plan? as we have to wait for his divorce final judge though it's finish soon within 3months because on the process to court now.

3.May I start application another type new visa as fiancee or civil partner visa when I back to china before my business visitor visa expires? because my business still valid untill 06/2010.

4.How long I can get allow to application new vsia again after I back to China from this current visit trip?

5. May I use my current business visit visa return to Britain again as a visitor within valid term 06/2010 before?
