Q about FLR(IED) form.

Hi,
I’m applying for HSMP extension and filling FLR(IED) form, please help me is these questions;

Q29. Your Home Office reference number (if you have one)
This number is on HSMP ref letter or on Visa, and how many letters of it, if possible write pattern.
Q41. What business sector are you currently working in?
I’m working in as a web developer IT department of a Packaging company.

Q29. This would be on your correspondence.
Q41. I would say "Manufacturing", though there is nothing stopping you putting "Information Technology".
