About green card documents

Hi All, I got a offer letter from one of the employer in Ireland. But I have to apply to green card on my own. I am not sure about documents which I need to submit. Could any one guide me what documents we need for green card? Do we submit original or photocopies enough?

In short, they need an ORIGINAL of the job offer. Also COPIES of diplomas/certificates or whatever you have to prove your qualifications. Please note that that DETE does not return any documents you send by default, so make a copy of job offer for yourself.
