About remaining fee

I was came in this country being a student , than luckily I got sponsored job , that time there is no rule to complete education first any how I did withdraw my university , and start working being a health care assistant, now my university continues emailing me about fee that said to me Pay your tuition fee , any how they give my data to debit collocation team and now they start to emailing me pay your remaining balance to university, so what should I do still I need to pay university fee ??

This is a matter to query with the university's fee policy and those who collect the fees. It is nothing to do with immigration.
