about spouse visa information

Post by jignesh007 » Fri Oct 25, 2019 7:18 pm

Hello all here i wish to dicuss my case and wish to know your reviews and advices on it.
Myself Jignesh, came on base of student visa in UK in 2009. After my master, i got PSW post study work visa for 2 years till May 2019. After that i had applied for FLRO but condition did not match and Home office in month of October2013 sent me a letter stating that i have to leave country immediately or i would be considered as illegal immigrant. So after sumup all my things i came back to India on 1 November 2013. So if i am not wrong then its 5 month of overstay. Now, i am married in India. I wish to apply for student visa tier 4 for my wife. But i am worried that am i eligible to get spouse visa / dependent visa on basis of my wife's student visa or not? If not then what are the other possibilities?? Please share your feedback or questions. I do have all docs relating to UK like my NI, Healthcare registrations, P45, P60, also payslip for month of October 2013 last month i stayed in UK and worked legally. Thank you all.

For whether she can in theory bring a dependant, see https://www.ukcisa.org.uk/Information-- ... Dependants

You don't seem to fall foul of any of the General Grounds for refusal, but you can check here:
