about the chances on the settlement visa. help???

hi, first of all i want to say sorry about my english, its not perfect but, i really need help about my situation. on november 2004 i went to london to study english, on janery i met my boyfriend( my civil partner now), we started this relationship and just afther 2 months together we was really in love, we want to stay together forever, my 6 months student visa was going to expired on 19 of may, we was thinking what we could do to stay together, we got informed that we can just do the civil partnership holding the enter clarence for that, and just afther dezember, so we decided to stay in london until janery or febery to come to brazil and apply for the enter clarence (what was worng), as my partner works for british airways, im on his consections( so i can fly BA or any other company for just 10% of the prace) would be easy to fly to brazil any time, we started to live together in agoust 2005. In dezember 2005 when i was walking at oxford street, one home office staff asked me for my passport, and how i was illegal there,( overstay for 6 months) i got removed, my partner went to brazil to see me afther one week that happened for 8 days, and then we could talk about what we could do. we was thinking in stay in brazil, he tried to apply to work for BA just 50% but the company will just open 50% again in 2 years, then we decided to see lawyers to put me back in the cowntry, in the meantime i went to italy to stay with one couplo of friends of us, so my partner could go to see me every week, and thats what happened since febrery, since there we are doing everything to stay together, the immigration advise told us that we can do the civil partinership oversea, at the british embassy of some conwtrys, as my partner family lives in south of africa we decided to do there, what we did last month, we have a lot of proves about our relantionship, the lawyer says that we have a lot of chances, but we are really scared, and we want to do everything right this time, we would like to know if the documents that we are provinding is enough and about our chances. the documentos are:

VF2/ birth certificate ( from bouth)/ Passport.

civil partnership certificate

6 last paysleps ( around £2.500 months)

bank statements (last 6 months)

pictures from london, italy, brazil, span, south of africa together, with friends and family, and the civil partnership day.

home phone and mobile bills with more than £300 month on phone call for me.

plane ticket from every time that he went to see me in italy and brazil.( more than 30).

letter from friends.

letter from his landlord (he is one big friend of us, as well) who lives in the house together with his partner ( its a big house with 3 rooms), saying that i used to live there and i will still live there when im back.

proves of the rent.

letter from his company ( he is a fly attendent for british airways for 9 years).

letter from one lawyer saying that we are partners, ( we had to do this letter last years to give to BA, so then i can use, as his partner, the staff travel).

letter from BA saying that i can use the staff travel.

letter from myself and my partner.

we are thinking in propose the interview, with me and my partner as he is coming to brazil to see me. do you guys think is a good idea??

what about our chances??
