abpout upper tribunal p decesion processing time

i applied for tier 1 entreprenuer visa on steptember 2013 ,feb 2014 visa refused due fake bank letter and i applied for first tier 1 appeal on that day i cannot travel as i was pregrant 9month but myy solicitor did not attennd the court and after 1 week we got a lettrr that our first tier 1 appeal is dissmissed then i appoint another solicitor he have done the work and apply to upper tribunal i got acknowledgement letter but waiting for the decision whether apeal is granted or not ,

I recd acknowledgement letter on Dec 12 and still waiting, I heard it takes 4-6 weeks
