Ok, so realistically, no emergency regulation could have kept me out of the UK at any time during the pandemic?alterhase58 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 26, 2024 10:46 am(pre)-EU Settled Status only came in late(?) 2019, but EEA residency cards were still valid at that time.
I you had been resident as an EU citizen in 2016 you were legal under EU free movement regulations - in principle you had a close connection to the UK (EU member then).

You may have one member ID here and only one. We make exceptions only under specific cases, and only when we can monitor all such activity.

If you provide us with a timeline of your absences and where you were we can try to help - some discretion is allowed by the rules, but hard to guess without more specific details about your absences.TeleFeather wrote: ↑Mon Feb 26, 2024 4:22 pmOk, so realistically, no emergency regulation could have kept me out of the UK at any time during the pandemic?alterhase58 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 26, 2024 10:46 am(pre)-EU Settled Status only came in late(?) 2019, but EEA residency cards were still valid at that time.
