Hi,

My ILR is due in August and my absences are 183 days overseas. These are all paid annual leave. I just do not know whether to apply for ILR or extension.

I have not counted the day of departure and return and still it is 183 days :(

1. Any advise please?

I will apply via the premier service.2. Is it advisable? My visa expires in August and I am applying via premium as I can reapply for extension should it be refused.

thanks
