Absent days for ILR

Hi All,

i have a query regarding the absent days.

in my case, the day i left uk and the stamping date in the passport was different.

for example i started my journey from UK (heathrow) to india (Chennai) which is 10/04/2015, 10 PM . i don't see exit stamp from heathrow airport in my passport , i can only see entry stamp from chennai airport, which is next day 11/04/2015

in this case what date should i mention in the letter , actual date (10/04/2015) or stamping date (11/04/2015).

The date you left the UK. Only full days count
