ACCA -visa extension

Hi all,

I hope anyone know about new rules.WE have induction recently at college and was told that if you have less than 3 paper to appear in acca qualification you ll need to apply for visitor visa.I have tried to look on homeoffice website bt cant find any link.The college is nt sure about this either.I am doing my ACCA from same college from last 1 and half year ..so i m nt going to new student if i ll apply for extension.Can anyone please give their advice on this

If just doing three papers means you have less than 15 hours of classes a week then your college is correct that you cannot be a normal Tier 4 student.

thanks for reply...can i change my visa to psw if i ll be student visitor visa.And i have looked guidline and it doesnt say anywhere that existing student has to change their status to visitor visa ....
